I'm currently head of product, data and design for Mosh, one of the leading telehealth platforms in Australia where I lead a team to help make worldclass healthcare easier to access. Previously, I was one of the heads of product at Afterpay (now part of Cash App within Block, formerly known as Square). At Afterpay, I led several product teams focused on in-store shopping and membership experience for 20m+ active customers worldwide and previously led the online marketplace, loyalty, servicing, growth, app & US regulations, spending 4 years in San Francisco before coming back to Australia.
Prior, I was at Xero and based in the US, where I delivered Open Banking in the UK to 500k+ customers. Prior to that, I led the digital channels team at Tyro Payments, building an award winning app, and also built a business insights tool for Commonwealth Bank of Australia to help millions of users understand their business. In between this, I frequently took on contract work with start ups & household names on a range of projects (including work on the Kayo Sports Apple TV app, and an insurance quote re-design at Real Insurance/Woolworths).
